    VOD Problems with Files

    Hi everybody,

i just invested over 2 Days to analyse the Problems with my VODs.
I found out, that any File up to 1,5GB is playing well.

    I transcoded MKVs to MP4 / M4V.
    XVID are running quite good.

I also tried to run the original 3.5 GB MKV....also not starting.

The Problem is with the original m3u and the modified m3u_origin.

Anyone have the same Problems yet?

    Short Info:
The Upload Speed seems like limited in VOD Server Upload when starting a MP4 wih more than 1.5 GB.
In relation i tested with a 890MB MP4 where i have 7-8 Mbit in Upload per Stream....so something is wrong here.
Either itīs ubuntu or mpegtv -.-

    Ok Guys next Update:
Tested with a newly installed 1Gbit VPS with Ubuntu 18.04 fresh installed.
Same thing here...also tested with Fileindexing in Apache to verify.

So then i installed CentOS and tested again with Apache and Fileindex.
Now i got 16Mbit/s in upload and had streamed via VLC.

So i think there are some Limits for Ubuntu / Debian.
Tried to run slave on CENTOS but some Libs are missing

Not working....but with apache2 and linked to VOD via http it works.
I will install Apache now to the Main VOD and try to get the Videos over localhost and http

    UPDATE
    Works fine with Apache

The problem is that with apache, files are vulnerable to download by any internet user.

No youīre not. But compared to other Products itīs working here with MPEGTV anyway.
Other Panels have quite bigger Problems
